Info Kits are handy packages of information that teach individuals how to use their resources more efficiently.

Child Care, Child Development, Parent Education

Text4baby – Text4baby, a free mobile information service that provides pregnant women and new moms with information to help them care for their health and give their babies the best possible start in life. Women who sign up for the service by texting BABY to 511411 (or BEBE in Spanish) receive free SMS text messages each week, timed to their due date or baby’s date of birth. Text4baby messages also connect women to prenatal and infant care services and other resources.

Child Care Assistance Program – The Payment-to-Parent Child Care Assistance Program provides funding for child care to parents who meet eligibility requirements and 1) are employed or 2) employed and attending school or training. The amount of child care assistance is determined based on several factors and may not cover the total cost of child care. To learn more about this program click here.

Kids in Care: Job Search – Goal: To ensure that recently unemployed parents have access to regulated child care at no cost to the parents while they engage in formal job search activities. DV Transitional Housing – Erin Kimball Memorial Foundation’s primary business is its transitional housing program: H.O.M.E. (Housing, Options, Mentoring, Empowerment).
