Each year Five County AOG submits a CSBG Information Systems (IS) Report to show how the agency leveraged Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and other federal, state, local, and private resources to help those falling below the 125% federal poverty guidelines to: 1) increase self-sufficiency; 2) improve living conditions; 3) increase ownership of and pride in their communities; and 4) develop strong family and support systems.
