The Kane County Intergenerational Poverty Committee is seeking an experienced facilitator to bring key partners together to address community needs. The position will be for approximately 14 hours a month from December 2016 to June 2017 at an hourly rate of $40-60.00 D.O.E. Some reimbursement for work-related travel costs may be provided. Applicants must have excellent written and oral communication skills (including active listening), confidence in front of a diverse group, the ability to remain neutral and fair, and ensure that a variety of partners are engaged in group goals and planning. Must have a bachelor degree – Masters preferred. Candidates without these qualification may not need apply.
